I was blown away by the level of care I received here! Scott Malm was great, he listened to my concerns and didn’t belittle my ideas of what could be wrong. He came up with an appropriate plan of action and I was able to complete 90% of the suggested testing right there right then. The nurse and lab tech were also very kind and helpful and very patient with their explanations when I had (probably too) many questions.
